Presentation by Amy Friend, of During Quiet Time. Amy showed us a selection of her quilts, and explained her approach to various aspects of modern quilting.

Michelle C will be showing her quilts and selling her new books at Amy’s studio in West Newbury, MA on May 2nd.

Show & Tell

Michelle C. reminded us that we can see this year’s QuiltCon quilts online HERE until the end of the month.

Ophelia gave us a great tip for working with templates in patterns. Buy full-page label stock, and then print (or copy) the templates onto the label paper. Then, stick the whole label page onto a cardboard or plastic sheet. Then it is simple to cut out the templates following the lines on the label paper. No more tracing!
