A beautiful zipper bag made from essex linen that Janice used to make a quilt for her nieces' 16th birthday.
Nancy started this jacket 10 years ago and just started garment sewing again, go Nancy! The fabric for the jacket came from the our local Malden Mills. If you are not familiar with the Malden Mills here is a quick history lesson: they were the original manufacturer of Polartec Polar Fleece!
Mary Jean followed the tutorial for making an ottoman from Anna Grahams' (aka Noodlehead!) book Handmade Style. She said this was really easy and had most of the room inspired to make their own quilty furniture.
Mary Jean also shared her version of Elizabeth Hartman's Tokyo Subway quilt. She made it larger than the pattern indicated and we think it looks great!
Annick participated in a quilt challenge where you were given the name of a song that had a color in the name and you had to make something with that color. Can you guess her song from the quilt? (see the end of this post for the answer!)
It's that time of year! Here's Lisa with a table runner she made as a gift. The pattern is from Sew Kind of Wonderful and we think this runner is ALL kinds of wonderful!

Carol used a bunch of different polka dot fabrics she had to make this quilt top. We can't wait to see her finished quilt!

Denise was playing peek-a-boo during show and tell! This is her Tula Pink challenge quilt that she worked on with her sisters. I wonder if any of her fabric winnings from retreat made it into the quilt?
Here are two of the four throw sized quilts Michelle made to gift this holiday season. She worked on the rainbow one at retreat so we were all excited to see how it turned out.

Beth made this quilt for her dad and found 90 inch wide minky to use for the backing!
We held off on posting this until after Christmas because as you can see there were quite a few gifts being shown off before they made their way to their new homes! Did you make any handmade gifts this year?
