NHMQG Sew-IN Success

On Nov. 14 a small group of quilters went to Quilted Threads in Hennicker for a sew-in. Everyone had a blast and got quit a few things done. It was a good time to work on Christmas gifts or just visit with people who enjoy the same things as you. I am hoping everyone had as much fun as I did. We also had some time to shop, so nice to be in a quilt shop when you're sewing, you never know what you might need!

Here are some of the items worked on...

Mare spent quit a bit of time working on the BOM but still found time to play with some Christmas fabric.

Simone's blocks using the quick curved ruler

Beth took advantage of the day to finish the top for a Christmas present

Chelseas put the top together and worked on her bags for Christmas

Here's Trish showing us Chelsea's bags
and below Chelsea giving a tutorial on her zippers :)

Debbie- using the design wall and
Kim- ironing some last minute pieces

*The NHMQG puts many different activities for its members to take part in, this is just one of the few. We meet on the 3rd Tues. of the month, at The First Baptist church in Nashua. Come join in the fun!
